Each year we invite a wide variety of organizations to display their offerings for the homeschool community. From co-ops to museums, specialty classes to park district events, support groups to clubs.We would love to have you join us for this event which will be held Tuesday evening, April 23 at the Elk Grove Village Public Library from 7-9pm.Vendors: For a nominal $5 fee you will receive a reserved spot and table space at the fair and be part of our contact list which will be distributed to all participants of the event. Area homeschoolers are invited to attend a Resource Fair featuring organizations offering services to the Fox Valley home school community.
Come, discover local co-ops, support groups, sports opportunities, private lesson instructors, tutors and more! Representatives from each organization will be on hand to answer questions about their services.
Take home a directory listing each organization and their contact information for future reference, free of charge!

Southside Enrichment for Language Arts and History has a few more openings to fill for Fall classes.

SELAH offers a safe and wholesome environment where the growth of leadership skills such as commitment, confidence, discipline, and integrity are encouraged through the teaching and training of language arts while creating a healthy outlet for artistic expression.
We meet every Thursday at Eagle Rock Community Church in Homer Glen — course offerings are:

11:00-12:00 noon – Beginning Guitar

Just added a Classical Conversations class in Chicago to the listing on this site, but also wanted to make you all aware of upcoming local events for Classical Conversations Co-ops in the area.
This is the time of year when everyone starts meeting and planning for the coming school year.

The Beacon Homeschool group has once again arranged a resource fair for homeschoolers in the greater Chicagoland area to share their services and look for opportunities.

This event is open to all home educating families for free. Come out and browse the many opportunities uniquely designed for homeschoolers including Co-ops, Museums, Field trips, Art/Music/Horseback riding programs, Sewing/Science/general Academics classes, and Services for homeschoolers.
The first 100 attendees will receive a Resource booklet with many more resources.

The first 75 attendees will receive a resource booklet to take home with additional information.
