Shakespeare!

Come out and enjoy a FREE dramatic staged reading of Twelfth Night by professional actors from The Shakespeare Project of Chicago at the Newberry Library on Feb 23 at 10:00am.     An informative talk begins fifteen minutes before the performance, which is followed by a question-and-answer session with the director and cast. The Shakespeare Project was founded in 1996 and has performed at the Newberry Library since 2003.

This program is free and open to the public; no tickets or advanced registration is required.  Cosponsored by the Newberry Library Public Programs department.

The Newberry Library is located at 60 West Walton Street. The Newberry is free and open to the public.

Celebrating Shakespeare explores the beauty of Shakespeare’s language, rich
in pathos, emotion, and comedy!!  This performance will give you insight into how Shakespeare has left a historical impact. A hilarious take on the Bard by true British Actors.
