World Vision’s AIDS Experience

August 2nd, 2011

Probably a little bit of a drive for most of us, but might be worth considering . . .

World Vision Special exhibit coming to your area... World Vision Experience: AIDS
----------------------------------------
Dear Friend,

Can you survive the journey of a child?

The World Vision Experience: AIDS exhibit is coming to your area! We would like to invite you and members of your congregation to join us on this amazing walk-through experience. You will virtually journey to Africa and walk in the steps of a child affected by AIDS.

By partnering with World Vision, you and your church are already doing something to help the poor and oppressed of the world. Now, you can invite your congregation to come see, hear, and experience the life of a child impacted by the greatest humanitarian crisis of our time: AIDS.

This FREE interactive exhibit combines a stirring audio tour with captivating photography, transporting you to the heart of Africa and opening your eyes to the AIDS pandemic. This experience is life-changing and not to be missed!

We invite you to step into Africa through the World Vision Experience: AIDS. Be sure to reserve a time for your tour. (Please allow 20-30 minutes for each Experience tour.)

The audio portion of the Experience contains situations that may be disturbing to children younger than 12. Parental discretion is advised.

Visit www.worldvisionexperience.org to find out more about the tour, preview the stories and more. We look forward to seeing you and your congregation there.

God bless you,

/s/ Rich Stearns

P.S. The Experience only happens because of the many volunteers at each site. If you or any members of your congregation are interested, click here for more information and/or to sign up. Volunteers are needed (a) the day before the exhibit starts to “set-up,” (b) during public tour hours, and (c) the day after to “break-down.” Volunteer shifts range from 3-5 hours. Training will be provided on-site.
