		<description>Hi!  This is my first year homeschooling so I haven&#039;t tackled these issues yet, but you do have me thinking.  We do celebrate the smaller holidays with special crafts/treats, but I like the idea of starting a teacher service day.  I&#039;d love a whole day to prepare for the task at hand and reflect on how things are going.  Thank you - and take care!</description>
